Bill Cope

Bill Cope is a Professor at the University of Illinois in the Department of Educational Policy Studies. He has worked on projects funded by the US Department of Education, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the National Science Foundation. His research focuses on literacy and developing educational technologies.
