Rita C. Richey

Professor Emeritus of Instructional Technology, Wayne State University

Dr. Richey worked as the Instructional Technology program coordinator for Wayne State University. She began her career as a reading teacher at the secondary level in public education. She has experience in program design and development, teaching and education, and training research. Much of her work focuses on instructional design and technology. She was the first female to earn a Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Technology at Wayne State University.
