EAGLES ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

Wednesday, February 12, 2025

Members present: Robin Plzak, Tina Nellis, Tracie Cochart, Megan Delfosse, Erin Hoffman, Holly Malvitz, Tonya DeBroux and Ari Counard. Others Present-Marc Vandenhouten

1. Meeting called to order at 6:03 p.m. by Tracie Cochart.

2. January Meeting minutes approved by Tonya DeBroux and seconded by Tina Nellis. All in favor, motion carried.

3. Grant Requests- Marc Vandenhouten thanked us for the donation of $1,000 towards the Eagle Trail. They did receive a grant, however, are looking for an additional $5,000.  P.I.E. indicated they would donate the remaining money needed and Marc asked if we would be interested in donating anymore to help out. Motion to donate an additional $1,000 made by Tina Nellis, seconded by Robin Plzak. All in favor, motion carried.

4. Concessions- Have been going really well for winter. Sarah Vandertie will be keeping an eye on items needed to be restocked while others are gone.

5. Other-

·         Discussion about the intermural basketball game happening on February 13, 2025. All money going to the Vaughn Family. The booster club voted to match up to $500.

·         Club 12 wall. Who makes the decision to take it down?

·         February 22, Special Olympics will be using our concession stand.

6. Treasurer’s Report read by Tina Nellis.
