EAGLES ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

Wednesday, January 10th, 2024

Members present: Tonya DeBroux, Tracie Cochart, Jenny Jandrin, Janet Counard, Stacie Jacquet, Amy Everard, and Michelle Schinktgen.

1. Meeting called to order by Tracie Cochart at 6:26 pm.

2. Motion to Approve the November Meeting Minutes by Tonya DeBroux, seconded by Stacie Jacquet. All in favor, motion carried.

3. Athletic Director Updates- N/A

4. Website-Erin created a new website for the EABC. Need to confirm how we would like the officers to be listed.

6. Concessions- Nacho machine replacement parts are on backorder.  We will continue to use the machine from the football stand for now.  Jenny only ordered one set so we could make sure that is the correct fix before we ordered more.

7. Other-

·       discussion started for future donations from EABC: backs for the second and third bleachers (similar to Denmark’s bleachers).  Also observed at Denmark was a pad/cover to go under/at the end of bleachers with Eagles logo on it which would discourage people from walking under the bleachers.

·       EABC donated popcorn and use of popcorn machine for community movie night 1/6/2024.  Seemed to be a good turnout.

·       April meeting: encourage younger parents to attend for future EABC members

8. Next Meeting Date – February 14th, which is a holiday, so we are moving it up a week to February 7th, 2024.

9. Treasurer’s Report- Read by Jenny Jandrin.

10. Adjourn –Motion to adjourn at 6:58 pm made by Michelle Schinktgen and seconded by Jenny Jandrin. All in favor, motion carried.
