EAGLES ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

Wednesday, February 7, 2024

Members present: Tonya DeBroux, Erin Hoffman, Sarah Vandertie, Jenny Jandrin, Stacie Jacquet, Amy Everard, and Michelle Schinktgen, Tina Nellis and Holly Malvitz

1. Meeting called to order by Tina Nellis at 6:16 pm.

2. Motion to Approve the January Meeting Minutes by Sarah V., seconded by Tina. All in favor, motion carried.

3. Athletic Director Updates- Nothing to report other than Tina indicated there will not be a home track meet this year.

4. Website-Erin created a new website for the EABC. Tina working with Erin to get her the information she needs for the site so we can get it up and running.

5. Concessions- Amy reported that things are going good. Everyone agrees the ladies are doing a good job on ordering and that it helps to order a lot at once instead of numerous times a week. Michelle would like to someone to take over the Pepsi ordering. It is all online now. Nacho machine is still dripping cheese and one button does not work.  We will continue to use the machine from the football stand for now.  Michelle makes a motion to order a new machine, 2nd by Tina.  All in favor, motion carried.

6. Grant Requests- Holly will send out another email to the coaches with our updated request form.

7. Other- Tina will work on getting the paperwork ready for taxes. Hall of Fame Game- suggestion to have it on a night where both girls and boys play.

8. Next Meeting Date – March 13, 2024.

9. Treasurer’s Report- Read by Jenny Jandrin.

10. Adjourn –Motion to adjourn at 7:20 pm made by Michelle, and seconded by Amy. All in favor, motion carried.
