EAGLES ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

Wednesday, October 8, 2025

Members present: Tina Nellis, Erin Hoffman, Sarah Soukup, Sarah Vandertie, Candie Kolstad, Amber Kolstad, Tonya DeBroux, Tracie Cochart, Stacie Jacquet, 

1. Meeting called to order at 6:05pm by Stacie Jacquet

2. September Meeting Minutes approved by Tracie Cochart and seconded by Tina Nellis. All in favor, motion carried.

3. Athletic Director Update: NA

4. Grant Requests: NA

5. Concessions - Fall season went well. Just need a few more people to work the final home football game. It will be busy with Senior night, Youth Football Night and the SD Shakers performance. We will meet on October 15th at 4:30 to move everything from the football stand to the indoor concession stand.

6. Craft Show - Tonya confirmed with all food trucks and will make copies of the food truck menus for students to take orders. We have coordinated with Allianna Dufek to help with cleanup throughout the afternoon. When scheduling teams, we need to make sure that we are covered for the end of the day teardown. We will only have a limited menu in the concession stand due to food trucks so we will need fewer volunteers to staff that area. Discussed Venmo for future payment option. No apparel sale this year. We need to order donuts for vendors for morning. Meet with Holly on 10/22 at 6:00pm for final Craft Show planning meeting.
