EAGLES ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

Wednesday, March 12, 2025

Members present: Sarah Vandertie, Robin Plzak, Tina Nellis, Erin Hoffman, Holly Malvitz, and Tonya DeBroux. Others Present-Sara Paye

1. Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Tina Nellis.

2. February Meeting minutes approved by Sarah Vandertie and seconded by Robin Plzak. All in favor, motion carried.

3. Grant Requests- Sara Paye sent in a request for Middle School Volleyball uniforms. They have not had uniforms in years and the numbers are growing. There are not enough old high school uniforms. They do have $250 in their Fund21 account.  We suggested they put that towards the uniforms and we would cover the rest. Motion to approve by Tina Nellis and seconded by Holly Malvitz. All in favor, motion carried.

4. Concessions- We need to get the baseball/softball and football stands cleaned and ready for spring sports. Discussion about where Pepsi should deliver (same spot our outside by stands).

5. Other- None.

6. Treasurer’s Report read by Tina Nellis.
