Eagles Athletic Booster Club Meeting Minutes

January 14, 2025 @ 6:00pm - Southern Door High School Cafeteria

Present: Erin Hoffman, Sarah Soukup, Tina Nellis, Robin Plzak, Ari Counard, Traice Cochart, Dawn Thoreson

1. Call Meeting to Order at 6:12pm

2. Approve November Meeting Minutes - Robin Plazak Approved - Ari Counari Second

3. Athletic Director Update - NA

4. Grant Requests - NA

5. Concessions - Supplies are good and sign-ups are almost full. Need a new write-up for the concession stand money box instructions for the end of the night.

6. Other - Pick Dates for Chuck a Duck in 2026 at basketball games, Special Event Nights

   1. No night set for Youth Night - TBD

   2. Chuck a Duck this Saturday at Halftime of the boys game during the Kewaunee Game if we can get enough volunteers to help run. Otherwise try for a game in February.

   3. Hall of Fame Night on February 6th - We will order two small cakes and one case of small water bottles. Stacey Jacquet ordered last time. Erin will order. 

   4. Need to recruit more members for next year and get them to come to the Spring Meetings

7. Treasurer's Report - Tina reported on the balance of the account. We reviewed the donation request from Ben earlier in the school year for Hudl subscription. Sarah Soukup will follow-up with Ben to confirm the request amount and Tina will coordinate payment
