EAGLES ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

Wednesday, December 11, 2024

Members present: Tracie Cochart, Tina Nellis, Stacie Jacquet, Erin Hoffman, Holly Malvitz, and Ari Counard. Others- Mary Jackson, Marc Vandenhouten

1. Meeting called to order at 6:04 p.m. by Tracie Cochart.

2. November Meeting minutes approved by Tina Nellis and seconded by Ari Counard. All in favor, motion carried.

3. Athletic Director Update- Nothing.

4. Grant Requests- Mary Jackson in attendance. Cross Country is requesting $6,688 for warm-ups as their old ones are at least 10-15 years-old. Marc Vandenhouten is requesting $1,000 to update the Eagle Trail. Discussions about both grants in closed session.

5. Concessions- Going well. Look at doing walking tacos or other items, especially when there are multiple events happening at school.

6. Other- We made $230 for our first round of selling ducks. A total of 9 winners.
