EAGLES ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

Wednesday, September 11, 2024

Members present: Stacie Jacquet, Tina Nellis, Tonya DeBroux, Amy Everard, Robin Plzak, Jenny Jandrin, Tracie Cochart and Ari Counard

1. Meeting called to order by Tracie at 6:30 pm.

2. Athletic Director Updates- Banners for the Talon Fitness Center will be delivered next week.

3. Concessions- Grill hamburgers for homecoming (need one more box). Still in need of workers for homecoming.

4. Grant Requests- Sara Paye may send in a request. Still waiting on Mary Jackson to send one in for Cross Country.

5. Craft Show- Tina made up a flyer and everyone approved. Discussion about doing food trucks to lessen the workload for us. Tonya will reach out to a couple (Steel Belly, Sonny’s, Swanky Taco). Otherwise keep the menu simple. Soups/beverages.

6. Voting- President will continue to be Tracie Cochart. Treasurer will now be Tina Nellis. Ari Counard will take Tina’s last year as Vice President. Jenny Jandrin will stay on the BOL account for deposits/withdrawals.

7. Other- Motion by Tonya, seconded by Tina for a standing order going forward that we donate $1,000 for the homecoming fireworks. All in favor, motion carried. Need to get camera fixed and the tv hooked up in outdoor concession stand so workers can see the game. Thank you to Brian Flanigan for letting us use the cooler again. Talk to Steve about deals on family passes for workers/booster club members.

8. Next Meeting Date – October 9, 2024.

9. Treasurer’s Report- Read by Jenny.

10. Adjourn –Motion to adjourn at 7:39 pm made by Tonya, and seconded by Amy. All in favor, motion carried.
