EAGLES ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

Wednesday, April 10, 2024

Members present: Megan Delfosse, Stacie Jacquet, Tina Nellis, Robin Plzak, Jenny Jandrin, Ari Counard, Amy Everard, Tracie Cochart, Michelle Schinktgen and Holly Malvitz

1. Meeting called to order by Tracie at 6:19 pm.

2. Motion to Approve the March Meeting Minutes by Jenny, seconded by Ari. All in favor, motion carried.

3. Athletic Director Updates- Nothing to report.

4. Grants- Josh Vandenbush put in two requests for a summer league and a tournament. Total was $615 for both requests. Motion by Holly, 2nd by Michelle to pay both grant requests. All in favor, motion carried.

5. Talon Fitness Discussion- Motion by Tina, seconded by Amy to donate $25,000 for equipment for the new Talon Fitness Center. All in favor, motion carried.

8. Next Meeting Date – May 8, 2024.

9. Treasurer’s Report- Read by Jenny.

10. Other- Motion by Holly, 2nd by Michelle to donate the standard donation of $100 to Will Jandrin for the All-Star Football game in July. All in favor, motion carried.

10. Adjourn –Motion to adjourn at 6:45 pm made by Megan, and seconded by Robin. All in favor, motion carried.

APRIL 17, 2024- 5:00PM @ SD

Members Present: Stacie Jacquet, Tracie Cochart, Megan Delfosse, Tonya DeBroux, Tina Nellis, Robin Plzak, Amy Everard, Jenny Jandrin, Michelle Schinktgen, Ari Counard

Met with Steve Bousley to inform him that we would be donating to the Talon Fitness Center. After discussions, it was decided that we would donate $5,000 now and once Steve finds out what other donations he gets, including from Raibrook, we would then let him know we would be donating an additional $25,000.
