EAGLES ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

Wednesday, October 10, 2024

Members present: Stacie Jacquet, Tina Nellis, Robin Plzak, Sarah Vandertie, Erin Hoffman, Holly Malvitz, Tracie Cochart and Ari Counard

1. Meeting called to order at 6:23 p.m. by Tracie Cochart.

2. September Meeting minutes approved by Sarah Vandertie and seconded by Tina Nellis. All in favor, motion carried.

3. Athletic Director Update- Ben Kline was in attendance.

·         BSN Clothing fundraiser.

·         The EABC Banner should be up in the Talon Fitness Center soon.

·         Putting together a committee to look at things that need improvements such as re-doing the track and new scoreboards.

·         Working with the Packers regarding a possible girl’s Flag Football league

·         State Track meet at UWGB

·         We suggested having Ben look into VB and BB tournaments around the holiday.

4. Concessions- The fall sports season was very busy. We went through a lot of product.

5. Grants- Wrestling is requesting warm-ups. Motion by Holly Malvitz, seconded by Tina Nellis to approve the $3,000 request.  All in favor, motion carried.

6.  Craft Show- 4 food trucks. We will just sell drinks, soup, chili and hot dogs.  Keep it simple. Hoping the food trucks will help draw in people for the show. Holly will talk to Dan regarding carts, tables, cones, etc.

Next Meeting October 30, 2024 at school to tie up any loose ends regarding the craft show.
