Warner Bernard is a passionate 23-year-old Jamaican philanthropist committed to uplifting marginalized communities. Raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Warner's humble beginnings ignited a lifelong dedication to leadership and social change.
With a rich background in philanthropy, customer service, criminal investigation, records management, banking and finance, administration, human resources management, document preparation, public speaking, marketing, and promotions, Warner has honed a diverse skill set through his experiences in both public and private sectors. This multifaceted expertise has positioned him as a prominent leader in community service and development.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Warner is a gifted steel pannist and serves as the band captain for multiple church steel bands throughout Jamaica. He actively encourages youth participation in ministry, fostering personal growth and character development among young individuals. Warner is also deeply committed to supporting the elderly, making weekly visits to provide companionship, Bible study, board games, and assistance with gardening—offering vital connection and care to those in need.
Recognized as one of the youngest philanthropists in the Caribbean, Warner founded The Greater Change Foundation in 2020 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in October 2022 after the organization gained official registration. Under his leadership, the foundation implements a diverse array of initiatives designed to create meaningful change in marginalized communities, with a focus on sustenance, mentorship, nurturing, and environmental conservation.
In just four years, The Greater Change Foundation has positively impacted over 5,000 lives across Jamaica, supported by more than 100 corporate sponsors and five local and international partners dedicated to fostering global change. Outside of his philanthropic endeavors, Warner enjoys exploring culinary delights and creating memorable experiences.
