Maria Eugenia is a distinguished international consultant, leader, and changemaker with over a decade of experience in fostering multi-stakeholder partnerships to mobilize both financial and non-financial resources for civil society in Latin America. She currently consults for WINGS, a global network of organizations committed to advancing philanthropy. In this role, she leads the working group for Latin America and the Caribbean, driving substantial growth and collaboration in the region.

Additionally, Maria Eugenia is a Senior Fundraising Fellow at #FixtheFlow, a fellowship program advocating for transformative changes in the non-profit funding system. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Wayuu Taya Foundation and is a professor at Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, where she mentors the next generation of fundraisers and development leaders.
