Cecilia Babb, has been with the IAF’s English-speaking Caribbean portfolio since 2020 as the Local Liaison. In this role she provides Grantees with the information and guidance they need to achieve their grant results.

Cecilia is a Project Management and Gender Specialist who has served in the Nonprofit sector for almost 40 years. Her affinity for climate resilience is rooted in the Indigenous Peoples of her island home, Dominica. Cecilia currently lives in Barbados.
