Regilon Matos (Régis) has a degree in Civil Engineering from UNINOVE, an MBA in Social and Cultural Project Management from Anhembi Morumbi, and 5 years of experience in the private sector in organizational methods, needs analysis with experience in Ecotourism in Juquitiba, and communication. Regis is part of the youth movement for climate, and within the Casa Fund as a program manager he works on youth and climate justice issues. For the past 2 years he has been a youth mobilizer for Lab Jovem, a training program run by the French Embassy, ​​and is a member of the Youth Sounding Board (YSB), the Youth Advisory Committee for European Union Cooperation in Brazil.
