Parallel Tosses

A parallel toss means the flag is rotating in the Parallel Plane,

like the rotary blades of a helicopter.

This toss is scary as the toss is above your head, so keep your eyes on your pole.

We have pool noodles to help you when your first start learning this toss.

Remember to use both arms equally, keeping everything parallel to the floor and ceiling.

This horizontal plane is more challenging and feels more dangerous as it is done above your head.

Your flag is rotating parallel to the ceiling and floor when tossing in this Parallel Plane.

Imagine your flag is one of the rotary blades on a helicopter when you are tossing.
