Flip Tosses or Pull-Hits

We use Single Flip Tosses or "Pull Hits" to warm up our tosses.

They are low and do not focus on height. They do focus on quick rotation and solid catches.

We are warming up our arms for strong catches.

Your hands will re-grab the pole in a catch with your hands in the same position as you started.

Remember this is just a beginner exercise to build toss confidence.

This is not how you generally throw other tosses,

so do not try to release other tosses this way!
