Across the Floors is to help us practice our movement. We are almost always moving in a guard show.
As a Guard, our feet should be in time to the beat of the music.
Our feet should be unified, stepping on the left at the same time and stepping on the right at the same time.
We practice good dance technique with pointed toes and turned out feet.
Audio prompts are included to help you practice A-T-Fs on your own!
The audio prompts have most exercises are 8 counts, meaning a new person/line leaves every 8 counts.
The A-T-F repeats itself every 8 counts so you can repeat the sequence many times for muscle memory, consistency, and a chance to use better technique each time you go across the floor.
