Flourishes

Flourishes require a loose and flexible grip and wrist.

You can do one flourish at a time, or many in a row as a repeat motion.

Remember to stay in your toaster plane during flourishes.

You should be able to flourish standing right up against a wall!

The audio and video below is our single Flourish exercise in between and up and over.

You will go from left to right with one flourish on each side.

Sometimes you will do continuous flourishes instead of stopping after one. It is especially important to have a loose grip when doing continuous flourishes. Also remember to stay in your toaster plane the entire time!
