A New Point of View

Artist's Statement: Winter has always been my favorite season growing up, and it always will be, but ever since the abnormality of the COVID-19 pandemic began, there were less opportunities to get out and breath in the fresh air. I never knew how much I had taken these seemingly minor moments for granted. When the season of spring came around this year, I couldn't help but admire the beauty of spring more than before. Through this photograph of a vibrant flowering tree, I wanted to capture the revitalizing essence of spring.
