Artist's Statement: Movement. Light. Emotion. In this photo you see all these things. When I think of happiness and exhilaration the colors that often come to mind are bright and soothing colors, but for these two ladies, the color red appears. The color red brings back thrilling and electrifying memories that they share together.  Instantly when looking at the photo you can tell the subjects are enthusiastic. By their movement and facial expression you can see that they want this memory to last forever. They're smiling, laughing, and dancing. This image captures a moment in time.
