Step 1- Using two point perspective, create an interior or exterior landscape on a piece of white paper. Your work should be no larger than 8.5x 8.5 inches
Step 2- Glue your drawing to a black square piece of paper.
Step 3- Using a needle tool, poke holes in all the corners of your design. (Think all corners and points on buidlings, windows, doors, and other details you would like to translate)
These will be the pinholes that you will use to sew through.
Step 4- Cut a piece of string that is the lenght of your arm. Tape one end to your drawing (the white paper)
Step 5- Thread your needle and poke through the white side of your paper. To create your first stitch, poke the needle through another pinhole to create a line.
The part of your work that matters is the black side, the white side with your drawing is just to help you plan your stitches and acheive the desired look. The graded portion of your work is the BLACK side.
