I'm a high school teacher. I bumped into Roger Schank's blog when I typed "What should students study."
The "be you" blog makes a link between Schank's work and Littky and Elliot Washor. I visited their Provide, RI flagship school in 2005 and arranged for the translation into Spanish of some of their materials.

I would like to know more about programs like Schank Academy and see if there are any courses or programs or projects that might be helpful for my high school students.
The purpose of TINYURL.com/CPPPSite is to promote the use of Projects and Portfolios to display those projects. TinyURL.com/FwpStart is my attempt to give students, parents and teachers access to the idea of free websites to show student work (the way students do in High Tech High in San Diego.)
I was introduced to HTH by the book by Tom Toch. I highly recommend their webste and YouTube channel. I saw the video with Bill Gates and Oprah and Larry Rosenstock's talk on Youtube.
I visited the webpage and found dozens of digital portfolios showing the best work of students. I found two that I particularly like and I show those DPs to my students
TinyURL.com/AbelSite and TinyURL.com/ExampleDP and TinyURL.com/BenStaleyDP
Those two students taught me about "how students can make websites" and I've shared their recommendations in TinyURL.com/ShowYourWork and TinyURL.com/SUNdp5, both free ebooks.
The Center for Projects, Presentations and Portfolios is a round-about way of introducing portfolios into schools. Many teachers like projects and presentations... but what happens to that science project or poster or speech? Why not make those products public?
