How is assessment per unit calculated? 

The payment share is calculated based on the square footage of each unit type. The calculation percentages are listed on the Condominium Documents (Amendment # 1 dated July 03rd, 1973).

What is the breakdown of the 815K assessment?

What was the bidding process?

UES engineers were contracted to perform an independent report of corrections needed for the 50-year re-certification.   They also prepared the bidding package that detailed the specifications and scope of work.  Four contractors presented bids and they were reviewed during several public meetings.   All contractors meet the specifications and Landev was the lowest bid.  Related minutes can be viewed at the office (please call ahead).

Can the project be postponed?   

The project must start ASAP as per city requirements.
