Summary and FAQs
Approval 02-26-2026
Owners Approval of Design / Appearance change.
Purpose: Majority of owners must approve any changes that alter the cosmetic appearance of the building .
Note: For example, even something such as color.
Option A (Recommendation): Leave buildings as completed under Phase 1.
The key changes would be that the canopies will remain flush to the concrete top wall (PIC2).
Inner areas, entrances, and balcony mansards will remain the same.
Option B: Rebuilt the areas under the old design and appearance.
The board recommends option A.
Rationale (as explained in proxy letter):
· Additional cost to rebuilt with original design.
(not under any current estimates or funding)
· Additional cost due to short lifespan.
· Weak point in case of Storms.
· Makes mildew problem worse.
B Option Key Points:
Rebuilding under the old design would require additional funds and is not part of the recent assessments.
In other words, it would require a separate assessment of similar size.
