For emergency repairs that require roof access, water shutoff, or electrical shutoff please contact the office or the security guard.

Please bear in mind that since access may require off-duty personnel or the shutdown or utilities to your neighbors, we will only follow up only emergency request that cannot wait until regular working hours due to potential significant damage or hazard to property or life.
