Effective January 1, 2019, you may make documents requests electronically.
In Person / By Mail: Contact Us
Overview:
All Capri Gardens Condominium current owners can make a document request of Association Records.
Records covered: Records pertaining the management and functioning of the association with the exception of legal records (litigation and other privileged information).
Records Not Covered: Identifiable information of other units owners. For example, mailing and other contact lists, unit violations, screening information. Legal records pertaining the association or unit owners.
Requirements:
Documents are available only to current registered owners.
Please note that each owner must make their own request since documents cannot be redistributed or shared.
Process:
We currently use Google Docs as our main platform for documents distribution. For security reasons, we do not e-mail documents directly. Please contact us if you need assistance in creating an account.
- Create a Google account (for authentication purpose). If you need assistance, contact us.
- Fill out the online Capri Documents Request form.
- We will contact you once all information is verified and the documents are ready for access. (up to 14 working days)
