IMPORTANT CAPRI NOTICE – COVID-19 03-16-2020

We regret to inform you that due to COVID-19 safety precautions we have taken the following immediate measures:

All building amenities will be closed until further notice. This includes: Gym. Billiards, Tennis Courts, and Pool Area. Laundry facilities will remain open but we request that you maintain all personal sanitation and social distancing precautions.

We also respectfully request that you call the office before visiting. Most matters can be handled over the phone , fax, or e-mail. If you need to drop anything, please do so at the mailbox outside the clubhouse in order to minimize non-essential contact. We will no longer accept package deliveries for residents. We suggest that you use the Amazon lockers for those purchases or make alternate arrangements with the shippers.
