Each Public Exam Centre will have different deadline dates for Spring, Summer and Autumn entries.

Digital Grade and Diplomas Examinations:

Applicants, teachers and candidates based in the UK and who would usually enter face-to-face exams via our network of public centres can book and pay online. As part of the booking process you will be asked to select the exam centre which you would have attended, should you have taken a face-to-face exam.

There is no deadline to book a Digital Grades and Diplomas exam. UK candidates entering online should book when they are ready to film and submit their entry and for music exams they may wish to film their entry before they make their booking.

After you have booked your exam, you will receive your login details for our exam platform where you will be able to upload your exam performance. Login details will be sent to the email addresses provided within one week of submitting your order.

You will have two weeks to upload your exam entry from receipt of your login details.

You can expect the marking to take an average of 2 weeks for grades, and 4 weeks for diplomas, although this is often much quicker.
