When practising this study:
Keep your left hand as relaxed as possible
Try to 'hammer' down your fingers as you play - this will really help them to get stronger 💪
Start at a moderate speed and as you get stronger build up the tempo
You can vary the bowing according to your tempo, starting with slurring 4 notes to a bow, then 8 and 16. Can you fit in 32?!
Keep building up your stamina by playing an additional line at each 'workout'
Push yourself to keep playing until your fingers start to get tired but then make sure to stop, 'shake out' and rest before playing again
