Shop Highlights: The only bagel real shop in Colorado Springs, fresh baked in house, good variety of bagels

Total Package Review: I was not expecting too much from this shop after seeing it's location in a commercial strip mall but I was pleasantly surprised by the offerings. The bagels were pretty good with a proper crust and chewy inside but the inside could have had a better crumb that wasn't quite so dry. The sandwich menu was very basic with not many specialty sandwich options. There was a sit down bar service option if you wanted a more traditional diner style experience. Bagels were machine rolled which is a minus but they are boiled.

Shop Ambiance: This shop is in a corner unit of a gross commercial strip mall. It does not impress from the outside but the inside is similar to most local bagel shops and gives you a welcoming feeling. There was quite a line forming meaning others liked bagels enough to drive there for breakfast. Not modern or too outdated. Bagels on display. I liked the counter service bar.

Personal History with Shop: I ate here in November of 2022 with Anna and Michael Manning, who lives in the area. It was a treat to enjoy bagels with Michael again.
