Shop Highlights: Extensive sandwich menu, traditional and new age offerings, full service NY shop

Total Package Review: Knickerbocker is a true top shelf shop. They have got it all. Let's start with the bagels. Hand rolled and boiled with average density double sided seed coverage. Bagels were huge with hardly a hole! Perfect crust and almost better than perfect chew. Dialed bagel. Sandwich menu was extensive and had excellent options for vegetarians and vegans both breakfast and lunch. I got a three egg omelette with home fries in bagel sandwich form.  Service was a touch slow but well worth it after we smashed our fresh made sandwiches. Bagel varieties included all of the classics as well as some new age options like jalapeno and sun-dried tomato.

Shop Ambiance: Shop located on Knickerbocker Ave in Bushwick with an average storefront but rather large interior with dine-in seating and waiting room. Bagels on display. So many menu options you didn't know where to look! Lots of employees slinging bagels up the wazoo.
