Shop Highlights: Bagel shop located in the middle of a vast bagel desert, green chile featured on many menu items, unique flavor combinations
Total Package Review: I was very pleasantly satisfied with this bagel shop. They do a lot of things right even though there are a lot of challenges facing them (it's hard to be a great bagel shop without quantity of sales and foot traffic). Bagel variety was limited but featured some unique flavor mash-ups including green chile and rosemary Parmesan. Menu also featured some wonderful options featuring green chiles and non-bagel options like burritos. Good vegetarian options as well. Bagels were hand rolled, unsure if they're boiled and seemed to have been baked on half sheet pans and brought out to the front of house fresh. Top shelf shop because of its location in the midst of a vast bagel desert. Plus I'm a sucker for green chile.

Shop Ambiance: I wasn't expecting much from this shop based on the location but it delivered. It is south of town a short distance and is in a double-wide type building that doesn't scream 'good restaurant' let alone 'good bagel shop.' Once inside I started to realize this place is a special spot with bagels on display and a small sandwich prep station featuring a two burner to act as a flattop to fry up fresh eggs. Some indoor seating to eat in.
Personal History with Shop: Ate here in 2024 while riding my motorcycle back to Durango from Baja, MX.
