Shop Highlights: Small grab and go shop, fresh fried on the flattop, fresh baked bagels daily
Total Package Review: This shop is small. Big enough for a counter, flattop, line and a few people waiting for their bagels. Not all too impressed with the bagel. Inside seems fluffier than chewy and the crust is a little tough. I can't tell if it's because of an overdone toast job. Hand rolled and boiled. Everything flavor was good. $5.75 for an egg cheese tomato spinach. They have classic bagel offerings and a breakfast and lunch sandwich menu. Could be more vegetarian friendly to bump it up a notch.
Total Package Score: 9 / 10
Bagel Score: 8 / 10
Shop Ambiance: This shop is located on Havemeyer St. which is where I suppose the name came from. They are in the first floor of a three story flat under the start of the Williamsburg bridge. Decor is graffiti themed and there is no indoor seating.
Personal History with Shop: Anna and I visited this shop in 2023 while staying in Williamsburg.
