Shop Highlights: Low key eatery in a ski town, baked fresh daily, two locations in the Teton Valley
Total Package Review: Big Hole Bagels is the local favorite for bagels in the Teton Valley in Idaho. They have a somewhat limited variety of bagels and the menu is somewhat small but the building is pretty neat. I had a breakfast sandwich as well as a raw dog bagel and was satisfied but not blown away. Next I will need to try their location in Victor. The name stems from the nearby mountain range called the Big Hole Mountains.
Total Package Score: 5 / 10
Bagel Score: 6 / 10
Shop Ambiance: The shop is located right on the main drag in Driggs just a few blocks down from the center of town. The building looks to be an old structure with an addition to increase indoor seating. Lots of exposed wood and a photography gallery on display created a feel appropriate for a western ski town.
Personal History with Shop: I stopped here for breakfast in fall of 2022 on a trip visiting the Tetons. I enjoyed my breakfast with Anna and Cory Odom, another bagel connoisseur.
Ownership: Two-of-a-kind Small Business (Second location is in Victor, Idaho)
