"I decided to make a Separatist droid interceptor that is intended to evoke the TIE Interceptor, just as how the Vulture droid is analogous to the TIE Fighter and the Hyena bomber is analogous to the TIE Bomber. I understand that the Separatists already have the tri-fighter that fills the same role, but I pictured it existing in an Order 65/prolonged Clone Wars scenario where the CIS pulls out all the stops. These are meant to be a replacement for Vultures, and take advantage of droid numbers and maneuverability. I called it the Condor, to keep with the scavenger nomenclature of this droid starfighter lineage. "
