Essay 3 (what's in your pretty little head) is like Essay 1 - they are BOTH argumentative essays. The synthesis essay requires you to use their sources as support while Essay 3 expects you to come up with your own concrete details for support.

1. Beautifully written intro - take your time to develop "art."

2. Create your own evidence

b. Your observations

c. Your READING - Into the Wild, Romeo and Juliet, Julius Caesar, A Separate Peace, The Great Gatsby, etc.

3. Well written

4. Use your own rhetorical devices (similies, allusions, metaphors, etc.)

5. Nice conclusion.
