Animation Narrative tests/ sketches/ ideas/ experiments
While working on the Landlady storyboard, I tried a few different shots myself and picked the one I thought worked best.
I also did some simple lens painting exercises to improve my Animation Narrative skills.

Comic storyboards are very different from movie storyboards, and the narrative methods are also completely different.
In order to learn more about comic storyboards, I conducted drawing exercises and learned about the different narrative effects that different storyboards can bring.
The two fight each other,
using onomatopoeia through the storyboard can bring a stronger sense of impact
The progression of objects, through the combination of storyboards, allows the main objects to have a movement trajectory, making the storyboards more fascinating and the story more interesting.
On formative review, I found out there has some problems with my Landlady Animatic that needs to be fix.
1) The animatic camera shots changes too quick, which makes the audience cannot read the story clearly
2) Some camera shots changes the main character too far away, which is hard to focus and follow the story
To solve these problems, I have recreate some of the shots in my landlady animatic, it looks much more better after edited.
Found the problems in my works and fix it can make things much easier.
For film the scene of live action, I have done many sketches to make sure the camera shots that I want.
Try different angles of shot is really interesting and has inspire me a lot. The way of angle has changed and the feeling of story will also be changed which make me realize the important of camera shots again.
While editing the film for live action, I have tried different types of editing apps to help me make the film looks better.
I use mobile film editing first, it easier to use and can edit the film really quick, but it don't have much functions as adobe film editing.
Adobe has much more function for film editing, but each apps need to learn how to use, which make it not really friendly to first time users. I was learning and editing at the same time, and get the result of the film that I want.
