The Scholarship and other Financial Assistance includes the UP Grants-In-Aid Program for undergraduate students and other financial assistance programs made through the generosity of donors and institutions that have joined UPOU in providing better opportunities for education. As of now, UPOU has a limited number of scholarship grants and other forms of financial assistance available to qualified students.

One of the most availed financial assistance programs by undergraduate students at UPOU is the Student Learning Assistance System (SLAS), which accommodates UP students who may be seeking additional financial aid (UP Grants-In-Aid Program) and other support programs (TES, donor-funded scholarships, and SAGA). SLAS applications are done online through the official website every trimester, which has a corresponding schedule.
