Adjustment of Deadlines in Connection with the 2025 Midterm Election: Deadline of Completion of Requirements - 16 May 2025
During your stay in the AA program, you will need to keep two program documents, one of which is the AA Plan of Study. These documents will be useful to:
1) record and monitor your progress in the program, and
2) plot the courses that you have taken and will be taking while in the program.
It is helpful to use the recommended plan of study indicated in the Program Information sent to you upon admission to the program. You may refer to this linked article or follow the instructions below to guide you in filling out this program document:
Access the AA Program Plan of Study and Curriculum Checklist Template through this link (first sheet).
Make a copy of this entire file. Click the File menu at the upper portion of the Google Sheet, then select Make a copy.
Write your last name in the title/file name (for instance: FAMA_AA Plan of Study (POS) and Curriculum Checklist).
Accomplish the template accordingly.
In filling out the plan of study:
Indicate the courses that you have taken in the previous terms. You may refer to the Student Portal for accuracy of information.
Then, indicate the courses that you intend to take in the remainder of your stay in the program and the total number of units. To know the courses offered in each term, please refer to the new GE+ cycle of course offerings and the course offering pattern of AA concentration courses. These files will help you in predicting the availability of the courses in the curriculum as you map your study plan for the entire duration in the program.
Share this file with the AA program (as editor) at aa-program-chair@upou.edu.ph.
Note: Once you have filled out this document, it is best to update this on a regular basis, as this file will also help the AA Program Chair in providing you with the necessary academic advise.
You may refer to this linked article or follow the instructions below to guide you in filling out this program document:
Access the AA Program Curriculum Checklist Template through this link (second sheet).
Make a copy of this entire file. Click the File menu at the upper portion of the Google Sheet, then select Make a copy.
Write your last name in the title/file name (for instance: FAMA_AA Plan of Study (POS) and Curriculum Checklist).
*You may skip these two steps if you have already made a copy of the POS, because the curriculum checklist is located in the same file.
Accomplish the template accordingly.
In filling out the program checklist, indicate the following information obtained from the Student Portal:
Grade obtained,
Term the course was taken, and
Remarks (if applicable; indicate if: Awaiting Final Grade or AFG, Transfer of Credit or TOC, or if received a conditional grade of EXT or 4.0, if it has not yet lapsed).
Indicate the courses you plan to take in the succeeding trimesters up until your last trimester in the program.

Lastly, please be reminded that you are always required to link your updated AA Plan of Study and Curriculum Checklist in your email requests for program advising (to be sent to aa-program-chair@upou.edu.ph) or in your response to the Google Form for program advising.
