Hello once again, continuing students of the AA program!
Whether you are already a trimester, a few trimesters, or many trimesters in the AA program, we hope that you have adjusted and are doing well in a fully online program. Again, you are encouraged to take advantage of the online support that is available in the program and the University. You may also learn about the program and the different academic processes to follow while in the University on this microsite or the AA Freshdesk. Queries may also be sent through this site. Alternatively, you may send them directly to the AA Program Chair through this email address (aa-program-chair@upou.edu.ph). However, before sending your inquiries, please make sure that the answers you are looking for are not in this microsite, the AA Freshdesk or in any other UPOU websites (e.g., UPOU website, OUR website, FEd website). Always read first before you send your questions.
Everyone is also reminded to update your AA Student Profile as soon as you can.

Do note that the official enrollment process is done through the UPOU AIMS Student Portal during the online registration period. You will know if you are already enrolled in these courses once they are reflected and once you are able to access and print your Form 5. Your registration/enrollment in a trimester will also be confirmed to you by the UPOU Registration Section. Moreover, you will also be enrolled in the corresponding course sites in MyPortal.
If for some reason you will be unable to enroll in the program during a specific trimester or academic year, it is best for you to apply for a Leave of Absence (LOA) so that your status in the program will not be on absence without leave (AWOL). Your UP email account will be your official email as a student of the University. You must use this email account for all official and academic correspondence.
