A student who is granted official leave of absence (LOA) will be given a final grade of DRP for the courses he/she is currently enrolled in, with LOA under the Remarks column. The LOA must not exceed one year from the term of effectivity. A student who is on AWOL is not allowed to apply for LOA, he/she is advised to apply first for readmission.

The student is required to pay the application for LOA fee of PhP 150.00 and upload the proof of payment in the Student Portal. See procedures for payment of fees.
