Adjustment of Deadlines in Connection with the 2025 Midterm Election: Deadline of Completion of Requirements - 16 May 2025
Before the start of the registration period, the AA Program Chair shall send a welcome notice to all newly admitted students of the program via email. Included in this email is the list of courses that are recommended for you to enroll in during your first trimester in the AA program.
If you plan to enroll in just 12 units of academic courses (do note that units of non-academic courses such as PE and NSTP courses are not included in this computation of academic load), this means that you will take the regular or maximum load of the program.
However, if you plan to enroll in less than 12 units of academic courses, which is an underload, and/or you are a transferee (from another UPOU program, UP unit, or other university/college), you must fill out the AA Pre-Advising Form for New Students by the date specified in the welcome notice. In this form, you can list down the courses that you wish to enroll in your trimester of admission, and, if applicable, all the General Education (GE), PE courses, CWTS courses, and other courses that you previously completed, which you want to apply for Transfer of Credits (TOC). An enrollment advice based on the responses in the pre-advising form will be sent to you a few days after your response up to the last day of enrollment. Please check both your email inbox and spam box (in case legitimate mail gets misrouted to the latter) for this email. If you do not receive an email within a week, please email us through the AA Program Chair’s email address.
