Important Site: Student Portal

The UPOU Student Portal is an online gateway where students can access the online registration system (ORS), view their grades, request for documents and update their contact information. It also includes links to the learning management system (MyPortal), library and other online services exclusive for UPOU students.

As a student of UPOU, it is important that you access the Student Portal on a regular basis, since this is where important announcements in a trimester are posted. In addition, this is where your entire student record (which consists of the following:

• Academic record

• Record of Transfer of Credits (TOC)

• Applications for Dropping

• Applications for Leave of Absence (LOA)

• Applications for Completion/Removal

• Applications for Course Substitution

• Account Profile

• Checklist)

is reflected. Thus, you will use this as your main reference in tracking your progress and completion of the AA program.

Upon accessing the link, you will be redirected to the home page of the Student Portal. Here, you will need to login to your account by providing your Student Number and Password.
