Aside from browsing such information via posted solution articles, the AA Freshdesk also accepts questions or concerns in the form of "tickets". So in case you have any question or clarification that you would like to make regarding a policy or process of the AA program, you may send them in via the ticketing system.
To do this, you will need to create an account on the AA Freshdesk. In signing up, kindly select "SIGN UP" and provide your full name and email as shown below. Then, select "REGISTER":
Once you have an account, you will be able to log in to the AA Freshdesk. To do this, simply select "LOGIN" and provide your details as shown below. Then, select "LOGIN":
Then in sending a ticket, you will need to select "New Support Ticket" on the home page of the AA Freshdesk:
Once you are redirected, you will need to provide the following details (as shown below) to file your ticket. Once you have provided the necessary information, select "SUBMIT":
Then, you will receive a notification once your ticket has been acted upon and replied to. Kindly note that it will take about 3-5 working days for tickets to be acted on by our support team.
