Need Assessment and Video-Enriched Workshops for Small Food Operations in Underserved Communities in Iowa.
A needs assessment of small food operations in the state of Iowa. Open-ended interviews and focus groups with business experts were conducted to identified the gaps. Based on the identified gaps a workshop series (in the spirit of TED-Talks) were conducted. Participants’ pre- and post-test to were used to measure their understanding of workshop material.
