Taught a total of 24 courses in UPM (18 undergraduate and 6 postgraduate courses), 6 courses at local (3 courses) and international (5 courses) higher institutions with an excellent recent teaching assessments score of 4.93 out (maximum score = 5.00)
Supervised 20 PhD students (7 graduated with 3 as a chairperson) and 34 Master of Sciences students (27 graduated with 16 as a chairperson, of which 2 of them had graduated on time)
Created 4 teaching innovations, including the virtual approaches to teaching Interprofessional Education in Managing Obesity
PRIMARY COURSE
Medical Nutrition Therapy, often abbreviated as MNT, is an evidence-based medical approach to treating certain chronic conditions through the use of an individually-tailored nutrition plan.
This nutrition plan is ordered by a physician and implemented by a Dietitian.
