Born in Visalia, Daniel Mota is a senior joining journalism in his last semester. Being very late to join the class, he hopes to make the most out of the little time he has left at UPHS. He usually has work to do on weekdays, and won’t always respond to emails quickly.

He has a younger brother and two dogs at home, and spends most of his time trying to stay on top of his classwork. Other than that, he likes to play games and listen to music. He plans to major in software engineering and to grow a career somewhere in that field.
