College of Design (CDes)
The College of Design (CDes) has majors like Architecture, Graphic Design, and Product Design.
Their sample four-year plans can be helpful for planning you major in CDES.
Academics
PSEO students are not allowed to take Graphic Design courses due to space constraints in their labs.
Any courses that show a prerequisite of “pre-major” status are not available to PSEO students.
Some individual courses are open to PSEO students potentially interested in design:

Des 1101W: Introduction to Design Thinking
Des 1111: Creative Problem Solving
LA 1201: Learning from the Landscape
LA 1401,: The Designed Environment
RM 1201: Fashion, Ethics, and Consumption
Consult with your PSEO advisor if you are planning on staying at the U of MN and majoring in something in CDES. There are occasionally situations where CDES will let PSEO students into their courses.
